This dataset contains oceanographic water temperature profiles collected from XBTs aboard the platforms HANSA OFFENBURG, L'Astrolabe, NORDPACIFIC, VANUATU CHIEF, SAMOA CHIEF, SEATRADE BLUE, MARINER, and TASMAN CHIEF in the South Pacific Ocean, Southern Ocean, Indian Ocean, Coral Sea, and Tasman Sea from 2021-08-31 to 2023-01-21. These data were collected by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) as part of the JCOMM Ship of Opportunity Programme and submitted by Rebecca Cowley of CSIRO as part of the Global Temperature and Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP).
