Child Welfare Information System Project SoftWare and Artifact Pool (C-SWAP) Access Application

The C-SWAP Access Application must be approved in order to receive access to this secure site. Users must be state or tribal merit employees who actively work with child welfare information system projects. Vendor staff will not be allowed access. Please submit completed applications to C-SWAP.Notifications@acf.hhs.gov and copy your federal analyst for review. All applications will receive a response, and approved users will receive a user ID and new user password at that time. Users that do not have an email address that is part of Microsoft's preferred network at the time of the C-SWAP account creation will receive instructions from the C-SWAP administrator about how to create an Outlook.com email address for use when logging into the C-SWAP website. After users create the Outlook.com email address, users will provide the email address to the C-SWAP administrator, who will create their C-SWAP account. Accessing the C-SWAP site is the sole intended use of this Outlook.com email address. As with any application, users will be responsible for maintaining this account.
