,ABOUT THE COMMUNITY SURVEY DATASET,Final Reports for ETC Institute conducted annual community attitude surveys for the City of Tempe. These survey reports help determine priorities for the community as part of the City's on-going strategic planning process.,,In many of the survey questions, survey respondents are asked to rate their satisfaction level on a scale of 5 to 1, where 5 means "Very Satisfied" and 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" (while some questions follow another scale).
