Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Accomplishment Reports
공공데이터포털
Community Planning and Development (CPD) has developed profiles that display accomplishments for selected housing, economic development, public improvement, and public service activities. These profiles contain accomplishments reported, by program year, by CDBG entitlement communities and states and are part of HUD's continued effort to provide grantees and citizens with information on our programs. These profiles provide information on grantee accomplishments by the type of activity carried out. The accomplishments appearing in these profiles were reported by grantees in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). Profiles for grantees will vary, grantees have flexibility in determining the housing, economic and community development activities they carry out with CDBG funds.
Community Planning and Development (CPD) Maps System
공공데이터포털
CPD Maps includes data on the locations of existing CDBG, HOME, public housing and other HUD-funded community assets, so that users can view past investments geographically when considering various strategies for future funding. CPD Maps offers a large amount of data in a way that is easy to access. The website allows grantees and the general public to easily search, query, and display information to identify trends and analyze the needs of their community.

Community Challenge Grantees (API)
공공데이터포털
HUD's Community Challenge Grants aim to reform and reduce barriers to achieving affordable, economically vital and sustainable communities. The funds are awarded to communities, large and small, to address local challenges to integrating transportation and housing. Such efforts may include amending or updating local master plans, zoning codes, and building codes to support private sector investment in mixed-use development, affordable housing and the re-use of older buildings. Other local efforts may include retrofitting main streets to provide safer routes for children and seniors, or preserving affordable housing and local businesses near new transit stations.
Colonias Communities
공공데이터포털
This service denotes the locations of colonias communities as defined in Section 916 of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act of 1990. In order to better serve colonia residents, the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 (as amended) included Section 916 which called for the border states of Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas to set aside a percentage of their annual State CDBG allocations for use in the colonias. The use of these set aside funds is to help meet the needs of the colonias residents in relationship to the need for potable water, adequate sewer systems, or decent, safe and sanitary housing. Therefore, the set-aside funds may be utilized for any CDBG eligible activity that is, or is in conjunction with, a potable water, sewer or housing activity.
Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Activity by Tract
공공데이터포털
This datset denotes Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) activity by 2010 U.S. Census Tracts. Congress established the NSP to allow for the purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed and neglected residential properties in an effort to stabilize communities suffering from foreclosures and abandonment. The data offered in this service is derived from an extract of HUD’s Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) Disaster Recovery Grants Reporting (DRGR) System.

Public Housing Developments
공공데이터포털
This dataset denotes the general position of Public Housing Developments by providing the location of the building with the largest number of units in a Development’s community. HUD furnishes technical and professional assistance in planning, developing and managing these developments. Public Housing Developments are depicted as a distinct address chosen to represent the general location of an entire Public Housing Development, which may be comprised of several buildings scattered across a community. The building with the largest number of units is selected to represent the location of the development.
Rural Innovation Fund Grantee Areas
공공데이터포털
This dataset provides location and program information for Rural Innovation Fund (RIF) grant allocation areas. Data for this service is derived from one of two sources: Rural Innovation Fund grantee applications describing proposed allocation areas using U.S. Census block geography, or block-level data identified and selected through the use of mapping tool available to applicants through HUDUSER.gov. Each Grantee was allowed up to three target area locations according to the RIF NOFA. Some Grantee locations serve the same target areas so the map layer does include some overlapping boundaries.
