Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule
This system centralizes all data and reporting functions associated with applicants seeking to obtain Cross Media Electronic Reporting Rule CROMERR) certification for systems submitting data to EPA which require an electronic signature , facilitates agency review of those applications, increases accessibility to program information, and increases transparency in program management. This system is implemented as a workflow within the EPA’s Business Application Platform (BAP) and exclusively uses its native capabilities.

Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI)
공공데이터포털
EPA regulations codified in 40 CFR Part 60 and 63 require affected sources to perform emissions source tests, conduct continuous emissions monitoring, and submit compliance and emissions reports . EPA is promulgating "E-Reporting" rules to require affected sources to electronically submit source test results, emissions monitoring data, compliance reports, and emissions reports to EPA. As a result the EPA has developed the Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI) which is located on EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX). The CDX Web is the application used by EPA programs and various stakeholders to manage environmental data transmitted to EPA in order to meet EPA's reporting requirements.
Rulemaking Management System (RMS)
공공데이터포털
RMS is a DOT-wide system developed for the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) to track the status of rulemakings, document required concurrences, serve as a repository for documents under development, and generate management and compliance reports from the data within the system. The system allows senior leaders throughout DOT to identify not only the status of rulemakings, but areas where steps can be taken to streamline rulemaking operations at DOT.
Water Quality - Effluent - Electronic Self-Monitoring Report (eSMR) Data
공공데이터포털
Wastewater discharges are regulated by the Water Board. Those regulated are generally required to submit Self-Monitoring Reports to the State or Regional Water Board. Some dischargers submit their reports through the electronic Self-Monitoring Report (eSMR) module of the California Integrated Water Quality System (CIWQS). Generally these are for discharges into surface waters regulated by an individual National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, though other dischargers may be included in this dataset as well. This dataset are the monitoring results that have been submitted as data points after the submitters have been approved for electronic submittals (i.e. after the "all electronic date"). Note that this dataset does not include records where the sampling date falls outside of the years shown below. The excluded records include: records where the sampling date is missing, records where the sampling date is invalid (e.g., records with sampling dates in the future or unreasonably far in the past), and records for samples taken prior to year 2006. The excluded records represent approximately 0.1% of all records in the complete eSMR dataset.
