Distribution and seasonal differences in Pacific Lamprey and Lampetra spp eDNA across 18 Puget Sound watersheds, 2014 and 2015
These data contain all the raw results needed to support the conclusions for the final product. These data are water sampling locations (latitude and longitude), date of water sampling, quantitative PCR values for each water sample, and stream flow at USGS stream gauging stations on sampling day.

Comparison of environmental DNA sampling protocols for detection of stream fishes in the Pacific Northwest, 2019
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains environmental DNA (eDNA) data (field, extraction, and qPCR) for rainbow trout sampling efforts conducted in the Pacific Northwest in 2019. Samples were collected using three eDNA sampling methods. Also included are qPCR data for extraction negatives, no-template controls (NTC), and standard dilutions of rainbow trout gBlock. NTC and gBlock qPCR data were used to calculate maximum uninhibited internal positive control Cq values for each qPCR plate that contained field samples. These values were then used to calculate amplification delay for qPCR replicates of field samples. Data for two environmental covariates not collected in the field (stream discharge and rainbow trout abundance) were obtained from external sources (OBMEP 2020, USGS 2024, WSC 2024).
Okanogan Basin Pacific lamprey eDNA detections and translocations for 2012-2020 (ver. 1.1, April 2022)
공공데이터포털
Prior to the initiation of translocation efforts in 2017, Pacific lamprey (Entosphenus tridentatus) were last documented in the Okanogan river subbasin in 2010. It appears as if lamprey were extirpated in the Okanogan subbasin some time shortly after that. However, until 2017, monitoring and management actions for lamprey were minimal in the Okanogan subbasin. This lack of monitoring has resulted in a large gap in understanding of the recent historical status of Pacific lamprey distribution throughout the Okanogan subbasin. Recent (beginning in 2017) translocation efforts have helped to rebound or reestablish lamprey in the Okanogan subbasin. Analysis of archived eDNA samples from the Okanogan river and its tributaries provides insight into the recent history of Pacific lamprey distribution and habitat preferences within the subbasin.

EOP active acoustics
공공데이터포털
These data contain shipboard active acoustics data collected in the Pacific, both pelagic and near shore environments. Data is collected using Simrad EK60 splitbeam multifrequency systems with the transducers pointing vertically down in the water column. The echosounders operate up to four frequencies at 38 kHz, 70 kHz, 120 kHz, and 200 kHz.
Mapping Data of Eelgrass (Zostera marina) Distribution, Alaska and Baja California, Mexico
공공데이터포털
This data release includes 4 child items with geospatial datasets that characterize the distribution of eelgrass (Zostera marina) and seaweeds in waters of southwestern Alaska and Baja California, Mexico. Child Item 1: "Mapping Data of Eelgrass (Zostera marina) Distribution, Alaska Peninsula and Nunivak Island" Child Item 2: "Mapping Data of Eelgrass (Zostera marina) Distribution, Togiak National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska" Child Item 3: "Mapping Data of Eelgrass (Zostera marina) Distribution, Baja California, Mexico" Child Item 4: "Habitat Classification Data of Five Bays Along the West Coast of Baja California, Mexico"
Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler Data for Irondequoit Bay, New York, 2023
공공데이터포털
This child item data set contains acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP) data collected during 2023 from an uplooking tripod in Irondequoit Bay in New York (USGS station number 431314077315901). This data set includes the raw binary data files from the ADCPs as well as tabulated text files of echo intensity, backscatter, velocity, and ancillary data. Tables were created by processing raw data files in R-language oceanographic package OCE (Kelley and others, 2022) and TRDI WinRiver II (Teledyne RD Instruments, 2007). All aggregation, manual magnetic variation calculations, and post-processing were completed using Python libraries pandas (McKinney, 2010) and NumPy (Harris and others, 2020).

HUDSONAR (CW2014, EK60). HUDSONAR is a bioacoustic survey of the Hudson River Estuary being conducted aboard the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater by the Acoustic Laboratory for Ecology Studies at Stony Brook University with support from the Hudson River Foundation. Hull-mounted scientific echosounder (ES60) collects at 38 and 200 kHz daily from April to November as the ship of opportunity sails.
