The Controller's Office's City Services Auditor (CSA) Division has worked with the Department of Public Works (DPW) to develop maintenance standards for streets and sidewalks and schedules and inspect for compliance since July 2004, as mandated by 2003 Prop. C. This data file contains street and sidewalk evaluation results from 7/1/2013 to 6/30/18 under the FY12 standards. Older evaluation results are also available on DataSF but are not comparable due to changes in the way the standards are calculated. Fall Leaf Collection Pickup Status

The DC Department of Public Works (DPW) will begin vacuum leaf collections on November 7, 2022 for residents who receive DPW trash and recycling services. Both collections continue through January 28, 2022. Leaf collections will still occur twice in each neighborhood. Residents are reminded to rake their leaves, for collection, to the curb or into the tree box at the front of the residence. For missed leaf collections, residents can call 311 (202-737-4404) or visit 311.dc.gov to open a “Leaf Season Collection” service request.
