Customer Profile Management System Support Services (CPMS SS) enables USCIS to maintain a repository of the cards, booklets, and encounter data and to expose this data to subscribing systems. It decreases benefit applicant burden by reducing the need to have their fingerprints taken multiple times and facilitates information sharing with other agencies. CPMS SS improves risk and eligibility decisions by increasing the quantity, quality, and timeliness of information available to adjudicators.

The Office of Outreach, Education and Assistance (OEA) of EBSA provides service to EBSA’s customers by means of outreach, education & technical assistance. OEA is responsible for external communications with the public through a variety of vehicles including the media, public outreach, brochures, other educational materials, national educational campaigns, public service announcements, EBSA’s web site, and participant and compliance assistance activities.
