The present invention relates to a method for providing a toll system that is operated by a first party, with position information from a mobile unit 16 provided with a unique identity that belongs to a second party. The method comprises the steps sending a signal from the mobile unit 16 via a cellular communication network to a toll number associated with a certain charge, when the second party enters a toll zone. The signal comprises information regarding the identity of the mobile unit 16 and position indication provided by the communication network. The charge is debited from an account connected to the mobile unit 16 and said second party. A list of cells 15; 20, 21 that is a part of the toll zone 13 is provided to the mobile unit 16 and the list of cells is stored in the mobile unit 16. A debit entry is performed when the mobile unit 16 moves into one of said cells on the list from a cell that is not on the list and/or moves within a cell, or several cells, that is on the list. The invention also relates to a toll system.

The present invention concerns a method for controlling the transfer of signals representatives of a group of data in a wireless telecommunication network comprising a first telecommunication device linked through plural second telecommunication devices through the wireless network, the first telecommunication device comprising at least two antennas, at least one of the second telecommunication devices comprising at least two antennas. The first telecommunication device calculates at least two information, each information being representative of the achievable link conditions between the first telecommunication device and one second telecommunication device, determines which second telecommunication device is involved in the transfer of the group of data through the link according to the determined information and determines at least a weighting vector to be used for the transfer of the group of data, the elements of the weighting vector weighting the signals representatives of the group of data transferred through at least two antennas.

A method and an arrangement in a cellular radio communication network for preparing a measurement order list for transmission to a mobile station operating in a first cell. It is determined ( 502 ) whether at least one cell among the neighbouring cells is incapable of acting as a target for handoff of the mobile station. If at least one cell incapable of acting as a target for handoff is found, at least one control channel associated with such a cell is omitted when generating ( 503 ) said list by including control channels associated with neighbouring cells.

The invention relates to a method for determining the priority of a management object in a device management system comprising management object data in a management tree for maintaining the arranged device management server and management customer device. The contents of sub objects included in at least one management object of the management tree are determined, and thereafter the management server determines a data element comprising the priority data of the sub objects in relation to other sub objects. A power transmitting apparatus comprises a housing (3) having an opening at its end surface in the longitudinal direction thereof to be closed by a cover member (33), which supports an end of a brake support shaft (60) rotatably supporting a brake shoe (61). A hydraulic cylinder (63) for operation the brake shoe (61) is detachably attached to a side wall of the housing (3). A piston (64) of the hydraulic cylinder (63) contacts with a free end of the brake shoe (61). The cover member (33) also supports ends of a clutch shaft (26) and a PTO shaft (29), while a clutch housing (38) of a PTO clutch (27) is provided on the clutch shaft (26) so as to be braked by the brake shoe (61) in the state of the PTO clutch disengaged, thereby constituting a subassembly. By attaching the cover member (33) to the end surface of the housing (3) so as to close the opening, all the brake support shaft (60), the clutch shaft (26) and the PTO shaft (29) supported by the cover member (33) are installed in the housing (3).

The invention concerns a device for the upkeep of a hedge (10) comprising an element adapted to move in reciprocating motion parallel above and/or beside the hedge (10).
