HUD-Insured Multifamily Properties
공공데이터포털
Multifamily Housing receiving insured financing through the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). The FHA insured Multifamily Housing portfolio consists primarily of rental housing properties with five or more dwelling units such as apartments or town houses, but can also be nursing homes, hospitals, elderly housing, mobile home parks, retirement service centers, and occasionally vacant land. Please note that this dataset overlaps the Multifamily Properties Assisted layer. The Multifamily property locations represent the approximate location of the property.
Homeownership Centers
공공데이터포털
This service denotes the service areas for HUD's Homeownership Centers (HOCs) which help insure single family Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgages, and oversee the selling of HUD homes. Processing for much of the Single Family FHA mortgages is centralized into one of four Homeownership Centers (HOC) located in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Denver, and Santa Ana; each supporting specific geographic region. Although most questions are handled by the FHA Resource Center (not the HOC) for immediate acknowledgement and tracking, certain case specific issues will subsequently be referred to the appropriate center.
Contract Renewal Information - Non-blank
공공데이터포털
Multifamily Portfolio datasets (section 8 contracts) - The information has been compiled from multiple data sources within FHA or its contractors. HUD oversees more than 22,000 privately owned multifamily properties, and more than 1.4 million assisted housing units. These homes were originally financed with FHA-insured or Direct Loans and many are supported with Section 8 or other rental assistance contracts. Our existing stock of affordable rental housing is a critical resource for seniors and families who otherwise would not have access to safe, decent places to call home.

Estimated Housing Authority Service Areas
공공데이터포털
This service denotes estimated PHA service area boundaries in an effort to provide critical data to those responsible (HUD staff, researchers, and external partners) for the evaluation and monitoring of HUD’s rental assistance programs. This is an experimental dataset that is designed to aid researchers in studying the HUD-funded Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs. The methodology and the service areas themselves have not been validated by HUD’s Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH) or the Public Housing Agencies. PD&R welcomes engagement from internal and external stakeholders on the continued refinement and development of this dataset.

HCA's are trained and approved to provide tools to current and prospective homeowners and renters so that they can make responsible choices to address their housing needs in light of their financial situations. Location data for HUD-related properties and facilities are derived from HUD's enterprise geocoding service.
