SIS - Fish Assessment
공공데이터포털
The Fish Assessment data set within the Species Information System (SIS) constraints information related to fishery stock assessments, including assessment meta-data and model results.
SIS - Status Determination
공공데이터포털
The Status Determination dataset within the Species Information System (SIS) contains information related to overfishing, overfished, and approaching overfished status determinations; FSSI score for FSSI stocks; management action required, based on stock status; and information related to rebuilding programs for overfished and rebuilding stocks.
SIS - Species and Stock Administrative Data Set
공공데이터포털
The Species and Stock Administrative data set within the Species Information System (SIS) defines entities within the database that serve as the basis for recording information in the other datasets (e.g. Fish Assessment, Status Determination, and Annual Catch Limits). The data set includes information such as species and stock names, distribution and stock areas, as well as administrative information defining relationships amongst entities within the database.
Stock Assessment Supplementary Information (SASINF)
공공데이터포털
In the interest of efficiency, clarity and standardization of stock assessment materials, the stock assessment reports for the 2015 Groundfish update have been streamlined. Additional information is now available through the SASINF website, a public web based repository of information supplemental to assessment update summary documents. Managers, stakeholders, and other interested parties can view or download figures, tables, model input and output, background information and maps pertaining to each species.
Fisheries One Stop Shop Public Data 2009 - Present
공공데이터포털
The purpose of the Fisheries One-Stop-Shop (FOSS) is to make fisheries dependent information readily available to fisheries managers, scientists and the American public at a national as well as regional level. Collection and management of fisheries dependent data are distributed throughout NOAA Fisheries, State Fisheries, management agencies and regional Fisheries Information Networks (FINs). The distributed nature of NOAA Fisheries information systems, differences in collection authorities and confidentiality requirements increases the importance of this flexible technical architecture that can meet the changing needs for information at national, regional and local levels of resolution. At the same time, the technical architecture is scalable to meet enterprise wide requirements for management of other types of fisheries data and fisheries independent data. Currently available via FOSS are the summarized, non-confidential, annual Commercial Landings by state as provided through the Atlantic Coastal Cooperative Statistics Program (ACCSP), the Gulf of Mexico Fisheries Information Network (GulfFIN). Recreational Landings estimates are available and provided via NMFS Headquarters. In FY2011, FOSS will be expanded to include all commercial landings nationally.
Analysis Dataset - Observer Program Operations and Analysis
공공데이터포털
NWFSC Observer programs are the most comprehensive fishery dependent data collection system for total mortality estimation, protected species monitoring and discard data for stock assessments. Observer data is also used to track quotas in-season for the catch share IFQ fishery. The numerous observer program total mortality and bycatch reports are used by agency and council staff for management of federal and state fisheries on the west coast of the US. Observer program bycatch reports, data collection and research activities are also used to manage ESA listed species and fulfill Biological Opinion obligations. Observer raw data is matched to fish tickets to produce haul specific catch totals.
Quota Monitoring Reports Survey (Dealers)
공공데이터포털
This data set contains summarized pounds of select coastal fish species bought by selected federally permitted seafood dealers in the SE Region of the US mainland. Data was collected 2 times each month and used for quota monitoring.
Commercial Fisheries Database Biological Sample (CFDBS)
공공데이터포털
Age and length frequency data for finfish and invertebrate species collected during commercial fishing vessels. Samples are collected by fisheries reporting specialist from fish dealers in ports along the northwest Atlantic Ocean from Maine to North Carolina.
Stock assessment model outputs for ICCAT (International) managed species
공공데이터포털
Includes outputs from the various models run in the evaluation of stock status for species managed by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna.
