Surface Water Quality Assessments
This is the 2014 Integrated Report. EPA approved this submission in accordance with Sections 303(d), 305(b), and 314(l) of the Clean Water Act, on October 16, 2015. The Integrated Report (IR) combines two water quality reports required under sections 305(b) and 303(d) of the federal Clean Water Act. Section 305(b) requires states, territories and authorized tribes to perform annual water quality assessments to determine the status of jurisdictional waters. Section 303(d) requires states, territories and authorized tribes to identify waters assessed as not meeting water quality standards(see Code of Maryland Regulations 26.08.02). Waters that do not meet standards may require a Total Maximum Daily Load to determine the maximum amount of an impairing substance or pollutant that a particular water body can assimilate and still meet water quality criteria. Historically, the 303(d) List and the 305(b) report were submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as separate documents but more recent guidance has called for combining these two reports into a single biennial publication. Assessed Clean Water Act 305(b) Water Sources of Impairment

Identifies the sources of impairment for assessed waters under the Clean Water Act 305(b) program. This view can be used for viewing the details at the assessment unit level.
Impaired Water Quality 303(d) Stream Lines, California, 2016, California State Water Resources Control Board
공공데이터포털
This layer includes 1,054 features indicating all assessed linear water bodies for the combined 2014 and 2016 Integrated Report. Under Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act, states, territories and authorized tribes are required to develop a list of water quality limited segments. These waters on the list do not meet water quality standards, even after point sources of pollution have installed the minimum required levels of pollution control technology. The Clean Water Act requires that these jurisdictions establish priority rankings for water on the lists and develop action plans, called as Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL), to improve water quality. Every two years, the California State Water Resources Control Board submits a report on the State's water quality to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to Section 305(b) of the federal Clean Water Act. The Report provides water quality information to the general public and serves as the basis for U.S. EPA 's National Water Quality Inventory Report to Congress. This dataset includes all linear water body features in California assessed under Sections 303(d) and 305(b) of the Clean Water Act for the combined 2014 and 2016 Integrated Report listing cycle. Each water body is assigned a unique Water Body ID (WBID) number as well as selected associated information (water body name, Regional Water Quality Control Board number, etc.).

MO 2016 Section 305b Water Quality Report Complete Listing of Impaired Lakes
공공데이터포털
This data set contains those Missouri waters which have been assessed as impaired in 2016, including waters on Missouri's EPA Approved 2016 Section 303(d) List, but also including waters not on that list, such as waters which have a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) or other appropriate management plan in place, or waters which are not impaired by a discrete pollutant. Missouri's EPA Approved 2016 303(d) List has received approval from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The data set contains the names of impaired waters, their unique identification numbers and locations, and identifies specific pollutants and pollutant sources if they are known. This data set is created in conjunction with the Missouri Water Quality Report, which is produced biennially as required by Section 305(b) of the Federal Clean Water Act, and correlates to Tables 14-15 of that report.
Impaired Water Quality 303(d) Waterbody Polygons, California, 2016, California State Water Resources Control Board
공공데이터포털
This layer includes 303 features indicating all assessed polygonal water bodies for the combined 2014 and 2016 Integrated Report. The Report provides water quality information to the general public and serves as the basis for U.S. EPA 's National Water Quality Inventory Report to Congress. This dataset is a compilation of all polygonal water body features in California assessed under Sections 303(d) and 305(b) of the Clean Water Act for the combined 2014 and 2016 Integrated Report listing cycle. Each water body is assigned a unique Water Body ID (WBID) number as well as selected associated information (water body name, Regional Water Quality Control Board number, etc.).

State-Specific Water Quality Standards Effective under the Clean Water Act (CWA)
공공데이터포털
EPA has compiled state, territorial, and authorized tribal water quality standards that EPA has approved or are otherwise in effect for Clean Water Act purposes. This compilation is continuously updated as EPA approves new or revised WQS.Please note the water quality standards may contain additional provisions outside the scope of the Clean Water Act, its implementing federal regulations, or EPA's authority. In some cases, these additional provisions have been included as supplementary information. EPA is posting the water quality standards as a convenience to users and has made a reasonable effort to assure their accuracy.
