Copepod data (1986-1988) in Albatross Bay
26 cruises between 1986 and 1988 recorded the biomass and species composition of tropical zooplankton in Albatross Bay, Gulf of Carpentaria, Northern Australia. The initial data analysis was undertaken by Graham J B Ross between 20 November and 15 December 1999, where a significant number of errors, of various types where discovered and correction made. See attached metadata record REPORT.TXT. Zooplankton taxonomic groups were identified to species level where possible (from m6332.xls), with a primary focus on copepods, to produce the ESRI shape layer and m6332_copepods.xls. Data is stored as mean number of individuals per site. Sampling occurred across 5 sites (Site 1 = Inshore, Site 5 = Offshore, Sites progressed westward). Temperature and salinity were also recorded for many samples.

Albatross Bay Copepod Data 1986-1988
공공데이터포털
The biomass and species composition of tropical zooplankton in Albatross Bay, Gulf of Carpentaria, northern Australia, were examined monthly for three years between March 1986 and March 1988. Zooplankton taxonomic groups were identified to species level where possible, with a primary focus on copepods. Abundance data are assumed to be numbers per cubic metre, but this has yet to be confirmed. Sampling occurred across 5 sites (Site 1 = Inshore, Site 5 = Offshore, Sites progressed westward). Temperature and salinity were also recorded for many samples (see https://marlin.csiro.au/geonetwork/srv/eng/catalog.search#/metadata/bc1b3741-e267-5039-e044-00144f7bc0f4).

Albatross Bay Phytoplankton Data 1986-1992
공공데이터포털
The biomass and species composition of tropical phytoplankton in Albatross Bay, Gulf of Carpentaria, northern Australia, were examined monthly for six years between March 1986 and April 1992. Phytoplankton taxonomic groups were identified to genus level, and described as dominant, common or rare. Refer to the cited publication for detailed methodology.

Albatross Bay - Total Zooplankton Biomass 1986-1992
공공데이터포털
Total zooplankton biomass levels were calculated from stepped oblique bottom to surface plankton tows, deployed during monthly cruises carried out at twenty-one stations in Albatross Bay, Gulf of Carpentaria. Cruises were undertaken between March 1986 and April 1992. Total zooplankton biomass were calculated as grams dry weight. Sampling used a stepped-oblique tow, using a 0.5 x 0.5 square metre frame with either a 140-142 micron mesh (sampler_code = 'A'), or a 250 micron mesh (sampler_code='E')

공공데이터포털
These data are counts of 3 copepod species collected during plankton tows in the Arctic Ocean from December 1952 through January 1968 by the University of Washington. The original analog cover letter and station list/species counts were scanned to an Adobe Acrobat image file (.pdf). Adobe Acrobat Reader or other software is required to view these data.
Southern Surveyor Voyage SS 04/92 Zooplankton Data
공공데이터포털
This record describes zooplankton data collected as part of the 1993-1996 South East Fishery Ecosystem Study undertaken by CSIRO Division of Fisheries. This cruise took place in waters off southern Tasmania during 3 November - 1 December 1992, under the leadership of Tony Koslow. Zooplankton samples were collected by bongo and/or drop nets at stations 2-43 and taxa identified and listed in numerical dominance.

Time series data on fluxes, average weight, and isotopic compilation of perennially abundant planktonic foraminifera of the Sargasso sea, near Bermuda, North Atlantic. Thirty one sediment trap deployments at 3200-m and 1000-m above the sea floor from April 1978 to May 1984. Forms described are Globigerinoides ruber, Globigerinella aequilateralis, and Orbulina universa. These data were collected by Dr. W. G. Deuser, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), under NSF Grants OCE 76-21280, OCE 78-19813, OCE 80-24130, OCE 82-19588, and OCE 85-09155. One floppy disk containing planktonic foraminifera data submitted to NODC has been copied to current NODC data storage media.
GIS Layer: Zooplankton Biomass in the Gulf of Carpentaria
공공데이터포털
Data showing total zooplankton biomass (dry weight) from stepped oblique bottom to surface plankton tows for both the wet season and dry season in Albatross Bay. Biomass estimates from two mesh sizes. Nine cruises took place between 1975 and 1977 on chartered boats and the "Kalinda". Prawn larval biomass, prawn larval densities and total zooplankton were measured in several transects across the Gulf of Carpentaria.
Zooplankton biomass (displacement volumes) collected in the North Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico using various platforms during SEAMAP projects from 1982-02-24 to 2012-09-28, data were acquired from the NMFS-COPEPOD database (NCEI Accession 0051914)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains zooplankton biomass displacement volumes sampled using zooplankton nets on various platforms in the North Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea from 1982-02-24 to 2012-09-28 as part of the Southeast Area Monitoring and Assessment Program (SEAMAP). SEAMAP is a state/federal program designed to collect, manage, and disseminate fishery-independent data in the southeastern U.S. The accession contains biomass data in long and short format as it is available in the COPEPOD program. The accession also includes the HTML files for the user to reconstruct the COPEPOD environment and search for data by platform, project, investigator, cruise and taxa. Data from this program have supported numerous analyses documenting the seasonal and inter-annual variability in the distribution and abundance of the zooplankton taxa in the North Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico.
