This data consists of conservation and protection zones, cultural and heritage areas, energy and resource extraction sites, defence and national security areas, locations of ports and shipping channels, fishing and aquaculture areas, and areas of natural environment and biodiversity importance.
Marine and Coastal Feature Atlas Lines
공공데이터포털
This layer contains marine and coastal features across Victoria. This data consists of conservation and protection zones, cultural and heritage areas, energy and resource extraction sites, defence and national security areas, locations of ports and shipping channels, fishing and aquaculture areas, and areas of natural environment and biodiversity importance.
Coastal Infrastructure Polygons
공공데이터포털
Spatial representation of Department of Transport (DoT) (WA) assets and other significant coastal infrastructure. The Polygons feature class contains coastal protection structures (seawalls, groynes, breakwaters), structures that facilitate access to the coast (car parks, wharves, jetties, boardwalks, boat ramps and associated amenity buildings). Dataset is limited to DoT assets and significant structures identifiable on currently available imagery. This dataset is currently not available for sownload, however it may be viewed via WMS at the following link:https://mapsengine.google.com/09372590152434720789-09543935511296329702-4/mapview/?authuser=0
Corangamite Coast Marine Habitat December 2009
공공데이터포털
This polygon layer represents shallow marine habitats in the Corangamite catchment coastal region mapped from aerial photography and underwater video ground-truthing. This mapping was funded by the Natural Heritage Trust to increase the capacity of natural resource managers to make informed decisions regarding asset identification, risk assessment and establishment of management action targets for nearshore marine habitats in the region. This layer combines two datasets for east and west Corrangamite into a single layer.
Beach Natural Features
공공데이터포털
Victorian state-wide dataset containing information on natural features at each ocean beach relating to the surf zone and hydrology, beach system or type, dominant shoreline geology and beach presence. The dataset includes surf zone data on rip currents, swash gradient, tidal range (neap and spring), modal wave height, dominant swell direction and wave frequency. This dataset has been adapted from the Australian Beach Safety and Management Program (ABSAMP) 1999, joined with the VicCoastline 2008 dataset and the geology classified using the smartline coastal data segmentation dataset as produced in the Australian Coastal Geomorphic and Stability Mapping Project.
Mallacoota Inlet Seagrass 1999
공공데이터포털
This layer contains polygons defining the spatial extent, species distribution and density of seagrass meadows within Mallacoota Inlet mapped from 1999 aerial photography and ground-truthing.
Land Conservation Council broad coastal habitat classes
공공데이터포털
This polygon layer identifies shoreline types and habitats in the coastal and shallow subtidal region. The polygon extents are defined by a buffer of the coastline. The layer is based on a map created by Natural Resource Systems for the Land Conservation Council as part of its Marine and Coastal Special Investigation. Shoreline classifications and boundaries in the LCC map were further refined through a comparison with other data sources for the coast. Shoreline categories were defined on the basis of the information requirements of oil spill contingency planning and response personnel.
Waterways Geomorphic Habitat
공공데이터포털
This dataset maps the geomorphic habitat environments (facies) for 54 Victorian coastal waterways. The classification system contains 11 easily identifiable and representative environments: Barrier/back-barrier, Central Basin, Channel, Coral, Flood- and Ebb-tide Delta, Fluvial (bay-head) Delta, Intertidal Flats, Mangrove, Rocky Reef, Saltmarsh/Saltflat, Tidal Sand Banks (and Unassigned). These types represent habitats found across all coastal systems in Australia. Most of the 54 coastal waterways have a "Modified" environmental condition (as opposed to "Near Pristine"), according to the National Land and Water Resources Audit definition.
Vicmap Features - Place (Built Up Area) Polygon
공공데이터포털
Part of the Vicmap Features of Interest dataset series. This dataset defines Built Up Areas represented by polygons.
