Optical, chlorophyll-a, primary productivity - phytoplankton, and other parameters taken by CTD, bottle sample analysis, and optical profiler during multiple expeditions in the South China Sea from 2009-07-22 to 2012-08-14 (NCEI Accession 0211060)
This database contains coincident profiles of primary productivity and downwelling radiance spectra obtained in the South China Sea. These data were taken at stations occupied within 15-23° N and 105-121° E during four oceanographic expeditions from 2009 to 2011. Profiles of downwelling irradiance, Ed(λ,z), were obtained with an Optical Profiler II (Satlantic, Inc., Halifax, NS, Canada), and processed using Satlantic software (Prosoft 7.7.10). The spectral range of the data was 350 - 700 nm and the spectral interval was 1 nm. Three profiles were obtained near local noon at each station, with instruments deployed approximately 10 m away to avoid ship shadow and reflection. The final Ed(λ,z) profiles at each station are based on the average of the three profiles. The vertical profiles of the Usable Solar Radiation, USR(z), were obtained by integrating Ed(λ,z) from 400 nm to 560 nm for each depth, while vertical profiles of PAR(z) were from Ed(λ,z) integrated between 400 nm and 700 nm. Data are in xlsx format and converted to CSV.

공공데이터포털
This dataset contains data from measurements of photosynthetic capacity and phytoplankton productivity. In addition to cruise information, position, date, time, sampling depths, bottom depth, and general environmental information, this dataset may contain measured parameters including: concentrations of chlorophylls a, b, c, plant carotenoids, and phaeopigments; concentrations of oxygen, particulate organic carbon, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, silicate, and urea; temperature, salinity, and total alkalinity; and light penetration and light intensity. Values of photosynthetic capacity and primary productivity may be reported as total values or partial values for phytoplankton, net plankton, nanoplankton, and dissolved organic matter.

A set of phytoplankton pigment measurements collected on eight quarterly transects from France to New Caledonia is analyzed in order to identify the main assemblages of phytoplankton and to relate their occurrence to oceanic conditions.
Productivity, chlorophyll a, Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) and other phytoplankton data from the Arctic Ocean, Bering Sea, Chukchi Sea, Beaufort Sea, East Siberian Sea, Kara Sea, Barents Sea, and Arctic Archipelago measured between 17 April, 1954 and 30 May, 2006 compiled as part of the Arctic System Science Primary Production (ARCSS-PP) observational synthesis project (NCEI Accession 0063065)
공공데이터포털
Arctic Ocean primary production data were assembled from original input data archived in various international databases, provided by individual investigators or in publications. The data were collected by various methods and resulted from the efforts of many individual, national and international research efforts conducted between 1954 and 2007. Station data (cruise, station, latitude, longitude, depth), discrete data for productivity and chlorophyll a (value, method, phase, incubation type and length), photosynthetically available radiation (PAR) (incoming, integrated over incubation period), some integrated parameters, and some hydrographic parameters (nutrient concentration, mixed layer depth) as well as source (investigator, data base, publication, etc.), if available, were included.

공공데이터포털
Physical, chemical and biologic parameters were measured in the Western Sargasso Sea and Northeast U.S. shelf aboard R/V Endeavor from 13 May to 31 May, 2004 and aboard R/V Oceanus from 24 May to 11 June, 2005. Ocean properties surveyed include temperature, salinity, PAR, fluorescence from CTD; picoplankton abundance, chlorophyll-a and nutrients from bottle samples.

공공데이터포털
Arctic Ocean net primary productivity (NPP) was assembled for 1959-2011 from existing databases and recent polar research cruises. At each NPP station, if available, other data such as Chl-a, nitrate, and nitrite concentrations, mixed layer depth (MLD), SST, and euphotic layer depth were included. The data were obtained between 65 and 89°N mainly from late spring to early fall. At each station, NPP was measured at various depths using 13C- or 14C-labeled compounds. Surface fluorometric Chl-a concentration and SST were estimated from measurements between 0 and 5 m depth. MLD was estimated from CTD profiles using 0a threshold criterion. Nitrate and nitrite concentrations were measured only in the upper 100 m. Sponsored by the NASA through the Primary Productivity Algorithm Round Robin activity (PPARR) program. Data were provided in xlsx format and converted by NCEI to csv format.
