Biomarker Opioids (open data)
공공데이터포털
Wastewater-based epidemiology, which is the science of studying community sewage for public health information, is one method of getting information about community health and narcotics consumption. In an effort to prevent and reduce opioid misuse, the City of Tempe is working with scientists from Arizona State University's Biodesign Institute to study the city's wastewater.,
Bioactive Contaminants of Emerging Concern in National Park Waters of the Northern Colorado Plateau, USA, 2012-2016.
공공데이터포털
This dataset describes site location information for samples collected within the western National Parks, USA, (Arches National Park (NP), Bryce Canyon NP, Canyonlands NP, Capitol Reef NP, Dinosaur National Monument (NM), Hovenweep NM, Timpanogos Cave NM, and Zion NP) for water chemistry analyses. Water-quality and bed-sediment samples were analyzed for contaminants of emerging concern at the National Water Quality Laboratory, Denver, Colorado, and Region 8 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency laboratory in Golden, Colorado. Additionally, quality assurance and quality control results are summarized.

Effects-based monitoring of bioactive contaminants discharged to the Colorado River before and after a municipal wastewater treatment facility replacement
공공데이터포털
The present study highlights the utility of bioeffects-based monitoring in conjunction with analytical chemical measurements of surface waters on the Colorado River associated with a historically bioactive wastewater treatment plant effluent. Concurrent with chemical monitoring and in vitro bioactivity measurements, in situ caged fish systems were employed to evaluate the potential bioavailability of predicted biologically-active contaminants associated with ER, GR, and PPAR-associated activities. The present study compares the effects of a wastewater treatment plant facility upgrade on bioactive contaminant loading. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Cavallin, J., W.
