CA System Performance Measures, Statewide and by CoC
The California System Performance Measures (CA SPMs) are a series of metrics developed by the California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH), pursuant to Health and Safety Code §50220.7, that help the state and local jurisdictions assess their progress toward preventing, reducing, and ending homelessness. The Performance Dashboard (formerly Performance Outcomes System) datasets are developed in line with legislative mandates to improve outcomes and inform decision making regarding individuals receiving Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS). The Dashboard gathers information relevant to specific mental health outcomes and provides useful summary reports for ongoing quality improvement and to support decision making. Part C State Performance Plans (SPP) Letters and Annual Performance Report (APR) Letters Individuals with Disabilities Education Act In accordance with 20 U.S.C. 1416(b)(2)(C)(ii) the lead agency shall report annually to the public on the performance of each of its early intervention service (EIS) programs according to the targets identified in its SPP, and post this report on its Web site. States must include EIS programs for which an entity or individual provides early intervention services under Part C in the state, whether or not the entity or individual receives federal Part C funds. These entities may be public, private or non-profit entities that provide or fund early intervention services through interagency agreements with the state or through other methods. The lead agency shall also report annually to the secretary of education on its performance according to its SPP targets. This report is called the Part C Annual Performance Report (APR). The Office of Special Education Programs' responses to the lead agency's SPP and APRs will be posted on this page as letters are issued.

,This data set lists sustainability metric data for state-owned buildings. These data are used to track state departments’ progress toward the goals mandated in Executive Order B-18-12. The metrics tracked in this set are total water use, total energy use, renewable energy generation and LEED certifications. The data set also includes building information for the 1722 buildings listed including, building name, address, total square footage and use type. These data are entered by property owners from each state department into the database Energy Star Portfolio Manager. Most data are obtained by property owner using the utility bill; however, some of the information is automatically fed into the database by the utility company.,
