DID(IT) - Digital Innovation & Development - Information Technology-Employee Profile
Employee Profile is an Application Program Interface (API) micro service to provide an interface for DID(it) ePulse, which contains employee information including, but not limited to, employee name, employee id, employee organization id, and contact information. All employee information is entered and maintained in ePulse. Employee Profile does not support creating or updating employee information in ePulse.

ePulse is an application that the Vermont Service Center (VSC) uses to perform administrative functions such as a Continuity of Operations (COOP) program, workflow planning and distribution, human resources operations, and telework operations. ePulse will store employee-related data such as address and contact information, assignment details, and other types of data used to complete human resources forms such as the Standard Form (SF)-52, Request for Personnel Action. ePulse does not actually contain SF-52 forms - only data that can be used to populate a SF-52. ePulse uses a role based system that limits access to enter, view, or edit information.

IDCMS is a case management system that supports evaluating and conducting investigations pertaining to allegations of USCIS employee or contractor misconduct. IDCMS also supports the management inquiry process. Some of its capabilities include case tracking, case reporting, case correspondence management, management inquiry tracking, management report of action tracking and knowledge management to respond to customer service queries.
