Zooplankton and associated data from CTD casts from 05 May 1997 to 04 March 1998 as part of the Columbia River Land-Margin Ecosystem Research (NCEI Accession 0000384)
공공데이터포털
Zooplankton densities, zooplankton species identities, chlorophyll, transmissivity, and temperature data were collected from the ROBERT GORDON SPROUL, WECOMA, and CLIFFORD A. BARNES from May 5, 1997 to March 4, 1998. These data were submitted by the University of Washington as part of the Columbia River Estuarine Turbidity Maximum (CRETM) project. Data were collected using CTD and pump casts in the Columbia River estuary - Washington/Oregon.
Zooplankton data from zooplankton net casts and other instruments in the Delaware Bay and North Atlantic Ocean as part of the Ocean Continental Shelf (OCS - Mid Atlantic) project, 1976-11-03 to 1977-11-18 (NCEI Accession 7800340)
공공데이터포털
Zooplankton data were collected using zooplankton net casts and other instruments in the Delaware Bay and North Atlantic Ocean from November 3, 1976 to November 18, 1977. Data were submitted by Virginia Institute of Marine Science - Gloucester Point as part of the Ocean Continental Shelf (OCS - Mid Atlantic) project. Data were processed by NODC to the NODC standard Zooplankton (F004) format. The F124 format is used for data from sampling and analysis of marine zooplankton. Information on zooplankton abundance, distribution, and productivity derived from these data support studies of marine populations and ecosystems. Data reported may include: cruise information, position, date, and time of sampling; bottom depth, sampling depths, temperature, and salinity; gear type, volume of water filtered, total dry and wet weight, and other data for total haul; and data for subsamples by species. Data on zooplankton catch by species may include subsample size, zooplankton concentration, life history code, and numbers of adults, juveniles, eggs, and larvae. Estimated density of holoplankton and meroplankton and data on ichthyoplankton may also be reported. A text record is available for comments. Note: there are two options for reporting subsample counts of individuals at different life history stages. If life history codes are used, only number of adults should be reported on that record. Additional separate records should then be used to report number of juveniles and so on. Alternatively, life history codes may not be used and number of adults, juveniles, and so entered in the proper fields of a single record.
Biological dataset collected from bottle casts from R/V LAURENCE M. GOULD and R/V NATHANIEL B. PALMER in the Southern Drake Passage and Scotia Sea in support of National Science Foundation projects OPP 03-30443 and ANT 04-44134 from 2004-02-15 to 2006-08-09 (NCEI Accession 0049902)
공공데이터포털
Ocean biology data were collected in Southern Drake Passage and Scotia Sea during two research cruises supported by NSF awards. These two cruises, namely LMG0402 and NBP0606, were conducted during February to March 2004 and July to August 2006, respectively. Dataset includes concentration of pigments in phytoplankton, particulate organic matter concentration, macronutrients, primary productivity and microbial biomass and productivity.
Temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, fluorometer, and other data collected with CTD casts during six ECOHAB cruises in the Northeast Pacific and Puget Sound, from 2003-06-02 to 2006-10-04 (NCEI Accession 0049079)

This dataset is the final processed data for the following cruises in the northeastern Pacific Ocean, Strait of Juan De Fuca, and Puget Sound from 20030602 to 20061004: 1. ECOHAB/PNW1 aboard the Wecoma (W0306a), 2. ECOHAB/PNW2 aboard the Wecoma (W0308c), 3. ECOHAB/PNW3 aboard the Atlantis (AN1117), 4. ECOHAB/PNW4 aboard the Atlantis (AN1130), 5. ECOHAB/PNW5 aboard R/V Melville (8M0509), and 6. ECOHAB/PNW6 aboard R/V Thomas G. Thompson (TN200). These data were collected using the ships' SBE911+ system with dual Temperature and Conductivity sensors, a Chelsea/SeaTech/Wetlabs (Cstar/ECO-(AFL/FL)) fluorometer sensor, Chelsea/Wetlabs Cstar Transmissometer, a Biospherical Instruments/LICOR PAR (Irradiance) sensor, and a Sea Bird SBE043 dissolved oxygen sensor. The data was initially processed using SeaBird Electronics' processing with SeaBird's standard. recommended parameters. The procedure used for quality-control and calibration post processing follows that developed at NOAA's Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory in the Eco-FOCI (Fisheries and Oceanography coordinated Investigations) and other in house procedures.
