**Overview** The purpose of this dataset is to provide preliminary filtered, averaged lidar data and standardize the data format of various data streams from the buoy into NetCDF. The attached Lidar Buoy Data Dictionary provides further details on the various instruments mounted on the buoys, parameters measured by each instrument, and the frequency of data collection. **Data Details** The lidar wind directions from the raw data were corrected by adding 180 degrees, due to a field error in connecting the Global Positioning System (GPS) leads to the lidar unit. **Data Quality** Standard filtering thresholds on the averaged data were applied and several data format issues of the raw data were streamlined to create a standardized NetCDF format data. **Uncertainty** The uncertainty of lidar data has not been analyzed, but it is not expected to deviate from instrument technical specifications.

PNNL recommends adding 180 degrees to the lidar wind directions at Morro Bay, as there is a directional issue associated with GPS cables being swapped on the buoy during buoy commissioning. The 180 degrees offset is going to be very close to our final post-processed data, that will be uploaded at the end of the campaign in September or November 2021. **Overview** The purpose of the dataset is to provide preliminary filtered, averaged buoy data and standardize the data format of various data streams from the buoy into NetCDF. The attached Lidar Buoy Data Dictionary provides further details on the various instruments mounted on the buoys, parameters measured by each instrument, and the frequency of data collection. **Data Details** Surface meteorology instrument directions are not correct for majority of the deployment because faulty inertial measurement unit (IMU) data was used for heading calculations. These directions will be reprocessed using the high frequency GX5-45 IMU data at the end of the campaign and the directions will be updated. **Data Quality** Standard filtering thresholds on the averaged data were applied and several data format issues of the raw data were streamlined to create a standardized NetCDF format data. **Uncertainty** The uncertainty of data has not been analyzed, but it is not expected to deviate from instrument technical specifications.
California - Auxiliary Datasets for Buoy (120), Humboldt / Derived Data
공공데이터포털
**Overview** This dataset compiles results from different model-based hindcasts and instruments that measure environmental variables at the location of the associated lidar buoys. This dataset complements the lidar buoy measurements by providing longer time histories of selected environmental parameters. The data were extracted from the closest grid point to the average lidar buoy position. The data were obtained from the public domain and references to the originators/owners are provided under each instrument.

공공데이터포털
**Overview** Data submission for WFIP2 at Vansycle Ridge (Oregon). Vertical-profiling lidar data from a Wind Cube v2, included 10-minute averages of wind speed and wind direction up to 200 m. Data collected during WFIP2. **Data Details** Z-wind has the following notation: negative = upward positive = downward probe volume is +/- 20 m at all heights **Data Quality** Other than the Quality Assurance (QA) procedures implemented by the lidar during data processing, no other quality procedures are applied. These data include a carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) threshold of -23. CNR below this threshold result in -9999 for all data points
