Bioaccumulation of highly hydrophobic chemicals by Lumbriculus variegatus
공공데이터포털
Sediment was dosed with six highly hydrophobic chemicals with estimated log Kows ranging up to 18.3. Sediment bioaccumulation tests with Lumbriculus variegatus were performed with the dosed sediment. The attached dataset contains the concentrations in the organisms from the uptake and elimination portions of the test. and supporting data, e.g. lipid contents and weight change for the organisms. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Burkhard, L., T. Lahren, T. Highland, R. Hockett, D. Mount, and T. Norberg-King. Bioaccumulation of highly hydrophobic chemicals by Lumbriculus variegatus. ARCHIVES OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINATION AND TOXICOLOGY. Springer, New York, NY, USA, 76(1): 129-141, (2019).

Morphometric measurements from unionid Pondmussel (Ligumia subrostrata) and concentrations of four per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in water and mussels collected from a 14-day accumulation and 7-day elimination study
공공데이터포털
Dataset consists of morphometric measurements from unionid Pondmussel (Ligumia subrostrata) and concentrations of four per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in water and freshwater mussels collected from a 14-day accumulation and 7-day elimination study. The accumulation of four per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) were measured. Samples (4 replicates) were collected at 0, 4, 12, 48, 96, 168, and 336 hours during the uptake phase of the exposure. Samples (4 replicates) were collected at time point 348, 360, 408, and 504 hours during the elimination phase of the exposure. Note the time points are sequential with the uptake portion of the study followed by the elimination portion of the study.

Data from 92 sediment incubation experiments using sediments collected from the Fox and Duck rivermouths (adjacent to Green Bay, Lake Michigan)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains measurements of water chemistry taken from experimental incubation of sediment cores collected from the Fox and Duck rivermouths during the 2016 growing season. In addition, some characteristics of the sediment were recorded. This data can be used to generate estimates of nutrient change over time, due to flux of nutrients from the sediments. These flux estimates (or release rates) can be used to estimate total flux from sediments to the surface waters over the course of the 2016 growing season. This dataset is a subset of a larger effort to quantitatively estimate the effect of rivermouths on nutrient loading to Lake Michigan.
Shellfish Feeding Experiments, Filter Weight and Tissue Weight
공공데이터포털
Particulate matter removal by shellfish was quantified in several geographic locations, across several years. Data include filter and shellfish tissue weights.
