Zooplankton Biomass Data from Gulf of Alaska Fjords, 2010-2011
This dataset includes zooplankton biomass from Prince William Sound, Icy Bay and Yakutat Bay, Alaska. Zooplankton were sampled with a ring net (0.6 m diameter with 211 µ mesh) on a 50 m vertical haul or to within 5 m of the bottom in shallow water. Zooplankton samples were identified to species and life stage when possible.

Zooplankton Biomass Data from Prince William Sound, Alaska
공공데이터포털
These data are part of the Gulf Watch Alaska (GWA) long term monitoring program, pelagic monitoring component. This dataset consists of one table, providing zooplankton biomass data from samples collected in the upper 50 m of the water column during summer surveys in Prince William Sound, Alaska. Data include: date, time, latitude, longitude, depth, species identification, and biomass.
Glacier Runoff Biophysical Data in Gulf of Alaska Fjords, 2004-2011
공공데이터포털
In order to understand marine ecosystem responses to a range of habitat variability in coastal zones modified by glacial freshwater outflows, biophysical data were collected in three study regions that included four major glacial fjord systems around the Gulf of Alaska. Each of 172 discrete stations within the three study regions was sampled once during the peak ice-melt season in summer. A suite of geographic, oceanographic, nutrient and biological attributes was sampled at each station (see Arimitsu et al. 2008, Renner et al. 2012, Arimitsu et al. 2016 for details). This dataset includes station information, including date, time, location, distance variables that were derived in a geographic information software, and zooplankton abundance indices.
Zooplankton Displacement Volume in Glacier Bay, Alaska, 2004
공공데이터포털
This dataset includes zooplankton displacement volume sampled in Glacier Bay National Park during summer of 2004. Zooplankton were sampled with a multinet with a 0.5 m^2 mouth opening and 335 µ mesh.
Zooplankton biomass measurements collected using bottle from various platforms in the North Pacific Ocean from 1954 to 2001 (NCEI Accession 0049499)
공공데이터포털
Zooplankton biomass data from the Hokkaido University Long-term Fisheries and Oceanographic Database
Oceanographic Profile Data from Gulf of Alaska Fjords, 2004-2011
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains physical oceanographic data within four fjords in the coastal area of the Gulf of Alaska. Data were collected with a Seabird Electronics conductivity-temperature-depth profiler equipped with external sensors and a water sampler. Glacier runoff provides a link between terrestrial systems and nearshore coastal processes, whereby freshwater input influences the physical oceanographic properties and circulation of fjords (Arimitsu et al. 2016).

Macrozooplankton Hydroacoustic Index Data from Prince William Sound, Alaska
공공데이터포털
These data are part of the Gulf Watch Alaska (GWA) long term monitoring program, pelagic monitoring component. This dataset consists of one table, providing echointegration data of macrozooplankton from three regions of Prince William Sound, Alaska that typically contain foraging aggregations of humpback whales.
Hydroacoustic Survey Data from Lower Cook Inlet, Alaska
공공데이터포털
This dataset consists of one table with Area Backscattering Coefficient (ABC) data from hydroacoustic transect surveys collected around two seabird nesting colonies on Gull and Chisik Islands in lower Cook Inlet, Alaska.
Marine Bird and Mammal Surveys in Gulf of Alaska Fjords, 2004-2011
공공데이터포털
These data describe marine bird and mammal surveys conducted in glacial fjords of coastal Alaska. Data were collected to document the at-sea distribution and abundance of marine birds and mammals in Glacier Bay National Park (2004), Prince William Sound (2010), Icy Bay (2011) and Yakutat Bay (2011). Following standard US Fish and Wildlife protocols for strip surveys.
