Eastern Bushlands Database VIS ID 518
공공데이터포털
"Eastern Bushlands Database - Northern Region. Roberts, G. (1992). Vegetation systems of north east New South Wales: Mapped from Landsat TM imagery. NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service NEP 91 298. Broadscale Structural Vegetation mapping covering the eastern portion of NSW. The EBDB provides a broadscale management tool for conservation planning and decision making for purposes including stratifying field survey effort, regional planning, baseline estimation of clearing or regrowth rates, and as input to state-wide forest cover datasets. Data was captured as part of the Save the Bush funded Eastern Bushlands Database project. The dataset consists of three complete portions covering eastern NSW - Northern, Southern and Central. The three separate datasets are similar but not enough to enable combining of them. Data should not be used at scales finer than 1:250 000. Mapped using visual interpretation of Landsat TM satellite imagery. Attribute mapping includes structural vegetation information. Linework derived by visual interpretation of hardcopy Landsat TM imagery printed at 1:100 000. Polygons attributed by combination of visual interpretation and low intensity field work. Higher level of detail mapped in the Central Region, with a total of 53,592 polygons mapped (23,099 ,10 ha) as compared to the Southern Region (13,400 polygons mapped, 1,822 ,10 ha) and the Northern region (36,204 polygons mapped, 9,916 ,10 ha)." Maitland LGA Vegetation 2003. VIS ID 444
공공데이터포털
Maitland City Council(MCC)Vegetation Mapping by Lisa Hill in 2003. Vegetation distribution map for lands within the extent of the local government area, excluding those contained within National Park or State Forest Reserves. Systematic vegetation survey was carried out in Maitland LGA to provide Maitland Council with detailed information on natural vegetation for strategic planning purposes. Flora was sampled at 55 field sites (plots) and extensive field reconnaissance was carried out across the LGA. Agglomerative cluster analysis of plot data delineated eleven vegetation communities and an additional two communities were described by previous work in the LGA work (NPWS 2000). A total of 8,305 ha of extant vegetation was mapped in Maitland LGA using aerial photograph interpretation (API) at 1:25,000 scale. This included thirteen vegetation communities and areas of scattered trees and regeneration that did not constitute intact communities. Much of the vegetation in the LGA has affiliation with vegetation in the central, lower and mid Hunter valley, with areas in the south-east of the LGA more related to coastal vegetation in the lower Hunter-Central Coast Region. Byron LGA Vegetation 2021 VIS ID 5109
공공데이터포털
Byron Shire Council Vegetation was mapped using a combination of aerial photograph interpretation (API), reviewing existing information (eg. vegetation survey data from various council and state government projects), and on-ground site inspections. It was originally mapped in 2015 from 2009 and 2012 aerial photography, updated spatially by Landmark Ecological Services Pty Ltd in 2017 along with PCT classes, and slightly revised in 2019 and again in 2021.
