Bottle data include concentrations of chlorophyll a, phaeopigment, phosphate, nitrate, ammonium, and total pigment. Zooplankton samples were obtained from oblique tows and parameters include maximum tow depth, total water volume passed through net, small plankton volume, total plankton volume, and standard haul factor.
