Nutrients, temperature profile, and other data were collected using bottle casts from NOAA Ship MALCOLM BALDRIGE in the South Pacific Ocean. Data were collected from 11 July 1991 to 02 September 1991. Nutrients parameters include nitrate, nitrite, oxygen, silicate, and phosphate.

Physical, nutrients, and other data from were collected from bottle casts from the Equatorial Pacific. Data were collected by the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University from 07 February 1979 to 14 June 1980. Physical parameters include profiles of temperature, salinity, and sigma-t. Nutrient parameters include concentrations profiles of oxygen, phosphate, nitrate, nitrite, silicate, partial CO2, and total CO2. Other parameters include alkalinity, Delta C-14, Delta C-13, and concentration of tritium.

Data were collected and submitted by Lamont-Doherty Earth Observation. The properties of nutrients include oxygen, phosphate, nitrate, nitrite, silicate, and alkalinity.

Bottle and other data were collected from the Indian and North Atlantic oceans from R/V ALMIRANTE LACERDA and other platforms from 12 July 1966 to 05 June 1980. Data include temperature, pH, and salinity profiles. Data also include concentration profiles of total phosphate, nitrate, nitrite, oxygen, chlorophyll a, particulate organic carbon, ammonia, and silicate. Data were submitted by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (ABOM) and are in the comma separated value (.csv) format.

Nutrients and zooplankton data were collected from net and bottle casts from the ALAMINOS and other platforms in the South Pacific Ocean and other locations. Data were collected by Scripps Institute of Oceanography (SIO) from 31 January 1967 to 23 September 1967. Bottle data include concentrations of chlorophyll a, phaeopigment, phosphate, nitrate, ammonium, and total pigment. Zooplankton samples were obtained from oblique tows and parameters include maximum tow depth, total water volume passed through net, small plankton volume, total plankton volume, and standard haul factor.
