한국소비자원이 운영하는 ODR(Online Dispute Resolution)에 참여하는 사업자 현황으로 상호, 사업자등록번호 등의 항목을 포함합니다. ODR은 소비자와 사업자 사이에 발생한 분쟁에 관하여 온라인 상에서 피해구제 신청, 담당자와 의견교환, 자료제출 등 피해구제 전반에 관한 처리를 할 수 있는 온라인 피해구제 시스템 입니다.
